Creek Street Landslide Stabilization Project

Background

The Borough of Munhall is seeking bids for the Creek Street Landslide Stabilization Project, Contract No. 2026-02. This project aims to stabilize an approximately 12,500 square foot hillside area through the installation of a rip-rap buttress. The stabilization work is critical for ensuring safety and preventing further erosion in the area.

Work Details

The contractor will be responsible for the stabilization of a hillside area by installing a rip-rap buttress. The project includes all necessary construction activities to complete this task effectively within the specified site conditions. The work must comply with prevailing wage rates as determined by the Secretary of the Department of Labor and Industry. Additionally, all steel products used must be sourced from steel made in the United States.
