Elevator Preventative Maintenance and Services

The Allegheny County Housing Authority is seeking bids from qualified contractors for elevator preventative maintenance and services. Bidders must include a bid bond, certified check, or bank cashier's check, made payable to the Allegheny County Housing Authority, amounting to five percent (5%) of the bid. Bid documents and specifications will be available starting Friday, June 12, 2026. Complete Invitation for Bid (IFB) documents can be downloaded from the Housing Agency Marketplace or accessed through the Pittsburgh Builder's Exchange and McGraw-Hill websites. There is no charge for emailed or electronic transfer documents. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for Tuesday, June 30, 2026, at 10:00 AM EST at the Allegheny County Housing Authority Central Office located at 301 Chartiers Avenue, McKees Rocks, PA 15136. Questions regarding the bid must be submitted by Friday, July 10, 2026, at 10:00 AM EST. Sealed bids are due on Friday, July 17, 2026, at 10:00 AM EST at the same address.
