Point San Pedro Sealant Project

Work Details

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must possess a valid Class 'A' contractor's license at the time of bid submission. All bids must include a bid security amounting to at least ten percent (10%) of the base bid in the form of cash, certified or cashier’s check, or bidder’s bond. Contractors and subcontractors are required to pay prevailing wage rates as determined by the California Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) and must be registered and qualified to perform public work pursuant to Labor Code Sec. 1725.5.
