Grundfos Tertiary Filter ADP Pump

Background

The Hampton Roads Sanitation District (HRSD) is issuing this Request for Quote (RFQ #408236) to solicit sealed bids for the purchase of a Grundfos Tertiary Filter ADP Pump. The goal of this contract is to establish a procurement agreement through competitive bidding for the specified goods to support HRSD's operations.

Work Details

The contractor shall supply and deliver one (1) Grundfos Tertiary Filter ADP Pump, model SE1.40.A80.120.4.52M.C.EX.61R, which is a non-clog submersible sewage pump complete with a 12.0 HP, 460 volt/3 phase/60 cycle motor operating at 1750 RPM. All freight costs must be included as a firm fixed cost and should not exceed the stated amount.

Period of Performance

The contract period will commence upon award and extend until the delivery of the pump, with a due date for bids set for June 12, 2026.

Place of Performance

The delivery location for the pump is 310 Industrial Parkway, West Point, VA 23181.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must be registered suppliers with HRSD to submit a bid. They are required to certify that they are not currently debarred from submitting responses on contracts for the type of goods covered by this solicitation and must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
