Work Requested

The City of Toledo is seeking contractors to provide comprehensive tree planting services as part of the RE-TREE Toledo Fall 2026 Tree Purchase & Tree Planting Project. The scope of work includes: - Supplying trees for planting in the public right of way within the City of Toledo - Providing all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and services required for tree planting Who is Requesting: This solicitation is issued by the City of Toledo Department of Public Services (DPS), Urban Beautification - Forestry Operations.

- Project Labor Agreement (PLA), if applicable - Submit certified payrolls to the City for all labor performed on the project, starting two weeks after the project start date and weekly thereafter - Attend a mandatory pre-construction meeting with the Contract Compliance office prior to commencing work
