Fumigation/Extermination and Herbicide Services and Materials District-Wide

Background

The Brownsville Independent School District (BISD) is seeking proposals for fumigation, extermination, and herbicide services and materials district-wide. The goal of this contract is to ensure a safe and pest-free environment across various district facilities, including schools and administrative buildings. Work Details

The contractor will provide the following services: - Fumigation and extermination services for 50 schools on a quarterly basis. - Monthly fumigation and extermination services for 51 kitchens. - Quarterly fumigation and extermination services for 15 administration buildings. - Insect and rodent inspection with treatment as needed for campuses, including bee control (removal of bee nests inside and outside all buildings) and ant control (inside building and outside perimeter). - Termite treatment as required. - Herbicidal treatment as required. - Insect and rodent inspection for all athletic fields.

Period of Performance

The initial period of performance for the contract will be one year, with the option to extend for up to two additional one-year terms at the discretion of the District.

Place of Performance

Services will be performed at various locations within the Brownsville Independent School District, including 50 schools, 51 kitchens, 15 administration buildings, and athletic fields.
