Scope of Work Requested

The contract work involves the rehabilitation of egress stairs, basement, and foundation systems at Buildings 81, 82, and 83 of the Pilgrim Psychiatric Center. Specific tasks include: - Rehabilitation of egress stairs to ensure safe and compliant emergency exits - Repair and restoration of basement and foundation systems - In the sub-basement mechanical area, removal of the existing exhaust fan and installation of a new exhaust fan, including all associated mechanical, electrical, and support work necessary for a fully operational system

This Expression of Interest (EOI) is part of the pre-qualification process for selecting bidders for the construction project. The estimated cost range for the scope of work is $2,000,000 - $2,100,000. Project drawings and specifications are available on DASNY's website for reference purposes only, as they are not 100% construction/bid documents. Finalized documents will be provided to contractors who are qualified and invited to bid.
