Janitorial Services for Santa Fe Headquarters

Work Details

The contractor will provide janitorial services including: 1) Main Facility cleaning at an hourly rate for a total of 2,000 hours per year, excluding weekends and state-observed holidays; 2) Shop and Warehouse cleaning at an hourly rate for a total of 2,000 hours per year; 3) Annual Carpet & Hard Floor Cleaning for the Main Facility, performed once a year using steam or hot water extraction for carpets and buffing for hard floors without wax. The contractor must provide labor and equipment necessary for these services.

The contract will be performed over a period of one year with specific service schedules outlined (e.g., annual carpet cleaning).
