Purchase Milwaukee Tools

Background

The Lincoln Electric System (LES) is issuing a solicitation for the purchase of Milwaukee tools as part of their procurement efforts. The goal of this contract is to acquire specific tools and equipment necessary for operational efficiency and effectiveness in fulfilling their mission.

Work Details

The contractor is required to provide the following Milwaukee tools: - 5 units of 3-5/8" 14 TPI SAWZALL® Blade (Catalog Number: 48-01-5162) - 3 units of BLADE-SAWZALL 6" TORCH CARBIDE 8TPI (Catalog Number: 48-00-5301) - 3 units of BLADE-SAWZALL 9" TORCH CARBIDE 7T (Catalog Number: 48-00-5302) - 1 unit of WRENCH-IMPACT, 7/16" HEX-18 V. MW (Catalog Number: 2865-20) - 1 unit of DRILL-HAMMER 1/2"-18V.MW (Catalog Number: 2904-20) Additional items including saws, grinders, batteries, drill bits, and measuring tapes from Milwaukee's product line are also required. A total bid price must be provided for all items listed.

Period of Performance

The contract will be performed with a bid due date set for June 30, 2026, at 2:00 PM CT.

Place of Performance

The delivery location will be specified by LES. All transportation charges will be the responsibility of the vendor awarded the bid.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must submit complete specifications and descriptive matter with their bids. They are required to guarantee any new or used equipment against mechanical and physical defects for a specified period. Additionally, bidders must comply with all applicable laws and regulations during contract performance.
