Scope of Work

The New York Power Authority (NYPA) is seeking proposals from qualified consulting firms to provide Risk and Resilience Consulting Services for a five-year term. The selected firm(s) will deliver comprehensive services to support NYPA's Risk and Resilience Program. Firms must demonstrate relevant experience in delivering similar services.

Background

NYPA is undertaking this procurement to secure high-quality consulting services in risk and resilience. In the past five years, similar contracts have been awarded to TRC Engineers, Guidehouse Inc, Ernst and Young LLP, and Deloitte and Touche LLP.

Contract Requirements

- The contract will span a five-year period. - Bidders must have commensurate experience in risk and resilience consulting. - MWBE (Minority/Women Business Enterprise) participation goals are set at 10%. - There is no Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business (SDVOB) participation goal for this contract (0.00%). - Further details on qualifications and requirements are available in the Bid Documents.
