Work Details

The contract involves the procurement of LED Cobrahead Luminaires, specifically designed to meet the technical specifications outlined in the solicitation. Key requirements include: - The luminaires must be 100w-HPS-equivalent (Stock # 3089) and comply with ANSI C136.14 standards. - Minimum lumen output for 100w-equivalent is 4,500 lumens and for 200w-equivalent is 9,500 lumens. - Operating temperature range must be between -4°F to 104°F, with a correlated color temperature of 3,000K and a minimum color rendering index (CRI) of 70. - The fixtures should have a minimum life expectancy of 100,000 hours at 25°C and include surge protection of at least 10kV. - The housing must be made from cast or extruded aluminum with stainless steel hardware and be RoHS compliant. - Each luminaire should come with a twist-lock photocell receptacle and a three-pole terminal block for easy installation.

Period of Performance

The contract will be effective for twenty-four (24) months from the date of award.

Place of Performance

The luminaires will be delivered to the Ed Fischer Operations Center located at 8600 NE 117th Avenue, Vancouver, WA 98662.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must provide a bid guaranty in the form of a bid bond or certified check amounting to five percent (5%) of the total bid price excluding sales tax. They are required to have a Washington State Business License number and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
