Work Requested

The project involves comprehensive pavement maintenance on various roads throughout Churchill Borough as part of the 2026 Road Program. The work is divided into a Base Bid and two Add Alternates:

- Rotomilling: Approximately 1,000 SY of 1.5 +/- and 11,500 SY of 3.5 +/-

Bituminous Wedge Curb

7,100 LF - Superpave Binder Course (2 19 mm, PG 64s-22, 0.0-0.3 Million ESAL's): 1,600 Tons

Sawcut and Sealing of Joints

- Superpave Wearing Surface (1.5 9.5mm Fine Graded, PG64s-22, 0.0-0.3 Million ESAL's SRL E ): 11,500 SY

Traffic Control

- Restoration

Add Alternate 1

Royal Oak - Rotomilling: 1,400 SY of 3.5 +/-

Base Repair

300 SY

800 LF - Superpave Binder Course (2 19 mm, PG 64s-22, 0.0-0.3 Million ESAL's): 2,200 Tons

Background

This contract is part of Churchill Borough's ongoing efforts to maintain and improve its road infrastructure. The 2026 Road Program addresses pavement maintenance needs on multiple streets within the Borough, with the intent to enhance road safety, longevity, and overall community satisfaction.

Contract Requirements

The project includes all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to complete the described pavement maintenance activities as specified in the Base Bid and Add Alternates. Work must be performed in accordance with all applicable standards and specifications.
