Handshake Recruitment Platform

Work Requested

The New York State Department of Taxation and Finance is seeking to procure the Handshake Recruitment Platform from Stryder Corp (dba Handshake). The scope of this contract covers the acquisition and use of the Handshake Recruitment Platform for the term of July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027. This is a sole source purchase and is intended to fulfill the Department's recruitment platform needs.

Background

This purchase order agreement is being made under discretionary authority in accordance with NYS Procurement Guidelines. The contract value falls between $50,000 and $85,000, and this public notice is provided to meet the requirements for discretionary purchases in this range. Stryder Corp (dba Handshake) has been awarded an identical or substantially similar procurement contract within the past five years.
