Performance of Expert Professional Logistics Planning, Rail Planning, and Project Management Services for PATH During 2026 Through 2030

Scope of Work Requested

The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey is soliciting proposals for the provision of expert professional services in the following areas for PATH operations during the period from 2026 through 2030:

Project Management Services

Firms are expected to demonstrate expertise and experience in these disciplines to support PATH's operational and strategic objectives throughout the contract term.

Requesting Organization

The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (the Authority ) is the entity issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP# 6000003362).

Background

This contract opportunity may receive full or partial funding from the Federal Railroad Administration (FRA). The services procured will directly support PATH's ongoing and future projects from 2026 through 2030.
