Xerographic Paper for Service Center Inventory

Work Requested

The Buffalo Public School (BPS) District is soliciting bids for the supply of xerographic (copy) paper for the 2026-2027 school year. The awarded vendor will be responsible for delivering all shipments to the Joseph F. Jones Service Center, located at 105 Bailey Avenue, Buffalo, NY 14220.

This procurement is being conducted by the Buffalo Public School District, through the Buffalo Board of Education, Bureau of Purchase.

Background

This solicitation is for the annual procurement of copy paper to support the operational needs of the BPS District. There have been no business enterprises awarded an identical or substantially similar procurement contract within the past five years.

Contract Requirements

- Supply and delivery of xerographic (copy) paper as specified for the 2026-2027 school year. - All deliveries must be made to the Joseph F. Jones Service Center at 105 Bailey Avenue, Buffalo, NY 14220.
