Work Requested

The Buffalo Public Schools (BPS) Music Department is seeking vendors to provide comprehensive musical instrument tuning and repair services for the 2026-2027 school year. The scope of work includes: - Tuning and repair of various musical instruments, including specialized piano tuning - Routine maintenance and adjustments as needed - Coordination of pickup and delivery services as required by the District

Background

This contract is intended to support the ongoing needs of the BPS Music Department by ensuring that all musical instruments, including pianos, are properly maintained, tuned, and repaired throughout the 2026-2027 academic year. There are no prior identical or substantially similar procurement contracts awarded within the past five years.

Contract Requirements

Vendors must be able to provide all requested services, including routine maintenance, tuning, adjustments, and logistics for pickup and delivery of instruments as required by the District.
