The Buffalo Board of Education (BOE) and the Buffalo Public Schools (BPS) Early Childhood Department are seeking proposals from qualified publishers and vendors to provide a comprehensive, evidence-based Prekindergarten mathematics textbook and instructional resource program. The selected program will be implemented districtwide for all BPS Prekindergarten students and educators and will serve as the core mathematics instructional resource. The instructional resource must: - Align with the New York State Prekindergarten Learning Standards (NYSPKLS) - Support an integrated, developmentally appropriate early childhood curriculum - Address the four foundational mathematics domains:
