The City will pick up the milling teeth within city limits or require delivery to the Streets Division if outside city limits. A trade-in option for used milling teeth is available but not mandatory. Bidders must complete a pricing spreadsheet titled 'Milling Teeth Pricing Calculations' as part of their submission.
