Campus Shuttle Services - Nightride

Background

The University of Washington (UW) is seeking bids from qualified licensed carriers to provide NightRide campus shuttle services aimed at serving students, staff, and faculty. This service is intended to facilitate transportation within the University’s Seattle campus and to nearby neighborhoods during nighttime hours.

Work Details

The contractor will provide NightRide campus shuttle services, which includes operating shuttles within the UW Seattle campus and to various nearby neighborhoods during nighttime hours. The service must meet the minimum qualifications outlined in the solicitation, ensuring that it is available for work in Washington State.

Period of Performance

The contract period will commence upon selection of the successful bidder and will continue as specified in the final agreement. An anticipated start date will follow the evaluation process, which concludes approximately five days after July 7, 2026.

Place of Performance

The services will be performed primarily on the University of Washington's Seattle campus and in surrounding neighborhoods.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must be qualified licensed carriers and satisfy minimum qualifications stated in the solicitation. They must also be registered in Workday Strategic Sourcing (WSS) to participate.
