2026 Fall Tree Purchase

Work Requested

The City of Toledo DPS/Urban Beautification is seeking quotes for the supply of various tree species for the 2026 Fall planting season. Vendors are to provide pricing per tree, which must include all delivery and shipping costs. The health of all trees will be inspected upon delivery. Shipments are required to arrive during the second week of October or at the earliest possible availability.

Background

Contract Requirements

- PLA, if applicable - Certified payrolls must be submitted to the City for all labor performed on the project, starting two weeks after the project start date and weekly thereafter. - A pre-construction meeting with the Contract Compliance office is mandatory before work begins. - A deposit is required to guarantee the bid. Instructions on Submission

Bids must be submitted electronically via the City of Toledo's PlanetBids portal. Bids or other transmissions are not considered complete until an email confirmation of the transmission is received from PlanetBids.
