Replacement of Exhaust Fans at Jefferson Sr Center and PAL Building

Scope of Work

The City of Toledo is seeking bids for the replacement of exhaust fans at two locations: the Jefferson Senior Center and the PAL Building. The work will include: - Removal and replacement of existing exhaust fans at both facilities - All associated labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the installation - Compliance with all project paperwork and contract requirements as specified

Additional Information

Contractors and subcontractors are required to pay prevailing wages as determined by the appropriate authorities. Current prevailing wage rates can be found on the City of Toledo Division of Purchases and Supplies website at this link or on the Ohio Department of Commerce website at this link . A deposit is required to guarantee the bid.
