Construction: Baseball Diamond Infield Reconstruction at Skyline High

Work Requested

The Granite School District (GSD) is seeking bids from experienced and qualified contractors to reconstruct the baseball diamond infield at Skyline High School. The scope of work must be completed in accordance with the attached Project Manual, specifications, and drawings. Eligible contractors include those licensed as Sports Field Contractor (Landscape and Recreation S330), General Building Contractor (B100), and/or General Engineering Contractor (E100).

Background

The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to select a contractor for the reconstruction of the Skyline High School baseball diamond infield. The project is expected to result in a single award to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor. The expenditure for this project will require approval from the GSD Board.

Contract Requirements

- Contractors must meet the licensing requirements specified (S330, B100, and/or E100). - All work must comply with the Project Manual, specifications, and drawings provided. - A pre-bid meeting is mandatory for all prospective bidders. Details regarding the meeting are included in the Project Manual document.

Submission Instructions

- Questions regarding the IFB must be submitted by 06/22/2026. - Intent to Bid is due by 06/25/2026. - The award recommendation will be presented at the July 7, 2026, GSD Board meeting. Final award will be issued after board approval.
