The services include full-service property management such as facility management, residential leasing, collection of rents and fees, accounting functions including utility payments, emergency maintenance coordination, supervision of on-site personnel, snow removal, budgeting, and space planning. Offerors must provide detailed proposals indicating which scope(s) they are bidding on and demonstrate their capabilities for each.

Period of Performance

The contract will be effective for two years from the start date with four successive two-year renewal options available.

Place of Performance

The services will be performed at various locations including commercial properties in Arlington, VA; residential properties at MasonVale in Fairfax, VA; and townhomes in Manassas, VA.

Bidder Requirements

Offerors must comply with SWaM certification requirements if applicable. They are required to submit a Small Business Subcontracting Plan with their proposal. Additionally, all proposals must be submitted electronically via George Mason's Bonfire portal by the specified deadline.
