Work Details The contractor is required to provide the following items: - Qty (1) High Pressure Metering Pump System - Qty (2) Independent Fluid Inlet and Outlet Manifolds Required specifications for the High Pressure Metering Pump System include: - Max Pressure: 25,000 psi - Min Flow Rate: 0.00001 ml/min - Flow Rate Accuracy: +/- 0.1% of set flow rate - Flow Rate Resolution: 0.000001 ml/min - Volume Accuracy: +/- 0.1% of volume pumped - Volume Resolution: 0.000001 ml/min - Flow rate and volume repeatability: 0.05% - Single Stroke Volume: 5 ml - Pressure Accuracy: +/- 0.10% of Full Scale - Pressure Resolution: Infinite - Pressure Control Accuracy: +/- 0.1 psi - Capable of Vacuum for Filling: yes - Temperature Rating: 10 to 65°C - Power Requirement: 120 VAC, 60 Hz - Material of wetted parts (Cylinder Barrel): Hastelloy C-276 - Fluid Port Fittings: cone and thread for ¼ inch tubing - Safety Burst Disks on each Cylinder - Compatible with Vindum VPware software.
