Background
This is a Department of State Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) supported initiative to combat illegal trafficking of people and goods and curb the flow of dangerous narcotics to the United States. INL requires the herein described services to provide a solution to remove and install new surveillance cameras and to provide interconnectivity between a Guatemala City-based border command center and INL-supported checkpoints and Guatemala's land ports of entry. To be considered for award. all interested parties shall submit their proposals via e-mail to Michele Coccovizzo at coccovizzoml@state.gov and Jamillah Timmons timmonsJ@state.gov by 5:00 pm EST, on Tuesday, July 21, 2026. Submission through any other method requires the prior written approval of the Contracting Officer. The required items/services include: - **Hardware**: - **Cameras, NVRs, Switches, NAS, Joystick**: 122 units - **PTZ Camera**: 4MP+4MP Dual-Lens network with 25x optical zoom - 12 units **Features**: - Fixed camera and PTZ camera integration with dual channels for comprehensive monitoring. - Supports Ultra 265, H.265, H.264, MJPEG video compression formats. - PTZ channel can be linked to fixed channel’s smart intrusion prevention for tracking objects triggering alarms. Period of Performance The geographic location(s) the product will be delivered to or performed at. Place of Performance The work will be performed in Guatemala City and at various INL-supported checkpoints throughout Guatemala.
