SCR Supply Module with Core

Background

The Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA) is seeking competitive sealed bids for the supply and delivery of the SCR Supply Module. This procurement is part of SEPTA's ongoing efforts to enhance its transportation services and infrastructure.

Work Details

The contract involves supplying and delivering the SCR Supply Module (referred to as 'Material') as specified in the Contract Documents and Specifications. Bidders must ensure that all materials meet the outlined specifications and are delivered F.O.B. SEPTA.

Period of Performance

The contract performance period is expected to commence upon award and continue until the delivery of the SCR Supply Module. Bids are due by September 2, 2025, at 11:00 AM.

Place of Performance

The delivery location for the SCR Supply Module will be at SEPTA's designated facilities in Southeastern Pennsylvania.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must submit their proposals through SEPTA’s Electronic Procurement System (ePS). All bids must remain firm for at least ninety (90) days from the date of bid opening. Compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and applicable Equal Employment Opportunity laws is required. Additionally, bidders must certify compliance with Executive Order 12549 regarding ineligible contractors.
