Diesel and Gasoline Fuel Delivery

This solicitation is issued by Escambia County, Florida, for the delivery of fuel, specifically gasoline, dyed diesel, and clear diesel. The goal of this contract is to ensure a reliable supply of fuel to the county's operations and services.

Work Details

The contractor will provide daily fuel deliveries to specified sites within Escambia County. Deliveries must include: - Daily OPIS PAD 1 Report for the Pensacola Terminal by noon (Central Time) on weekdays. - All labor, equipment, and transportation necessary for fuel delivery within 24 hours. - Emergency deliveries with a response time of three hours. - An antimicrobial Diesel additive with each diesel delivery, added per manufacturer instructions. - Deliveries categorized into Tank Wagon and Transport Delivery with specific requirements for each type. - Unleaded gasoline specifications include octane ratings of 87, 89, and 92, compliant with Florida inspection laws. - Transport deliveries must be a minimum of 3,500 gallons.

Period of Performance

The contract will commence upon execution by both parties and will last for thirty-six (36) months. It may be renewed for two additional twelve (12) month periods, totaling a maximum of sixty (60) months.

Escambia County, Florida.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must have an office within one hundred (100) miles of Cantonment, Florida. They must provide evidence of their authority to do business in Florida and maintain all necessary licenses and certifications throughout the contract term.
