Background

Cobb County is seeking bids for the replacement of the roof at the Cobb County Police Training Facility located at 2435 East West Connector, Austell, GA 30106. The goal of this contract is to ensure that the facility's roof meets all necessary standards and regulations while providing a safe and operational environment for training activities.

Work Details

The contractor will be responsible for all labor, management, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to complete the roof replacement. Specific tasks include: - Developing a task-based bar schedule - Preparing construction documents - Conducting a constructability review - Maintaining on-site staff for construction management - Ensuring quality control - Obtaining required permits and approvals - Providing detailed construction cost estimates.
