Background
Cobb County, GA is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to qualified suppliers for a Master Agreement to provide a complete line of Construction, Agricultural, Landscaping Equipment and Related Products and Solutions. This initiative aims to support Cobb County as well as other government agencies and nonprofit organizations across the United States. Hay Tools
- Hitches - Implements - Irrigation systems - Loaders (including various types of mowers) - Planters - Plows - Pruners - Rakes - Seeders
Snow Removal Equipment
- Splitters - Sprayers - Spreaders - Telehandlers - Tillers - Trenchers and Tractors (heavy duty to sub-compact). All products must be new and unused with the latest design and technology. Suppliers must also provide Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts and related services such as repair.
Period of Performance
The anticipated full term of the contract is five (5) years. The initial contract term will be for thirty-six months from the date of award with options for two additional twelve-month renewals.
Place of Performance
The contract will be performed nationally across various states as it is made available through OMNIA Partners to participating public agencies.
Bidder Requirements
Suppliers must demonstrate strong experience in providing the listed products and services. They are required to submit proposals that include pricing based on a percentage discount off their retail price list. Additionally, they must comply with all federal requirements applicable to funding situations involving emergency or disaster recovery scenarios.
