Background

The City of Cincinnati, Ohio, is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP265X901175) for Investment Management Services. Work Details

The Offeror will provide the following services: 1) Manage a separate investment portfolio of up to $300 million from the City’s general investment portfolio, with potential increases as current investments mature. 2) Provide investment consulting services to the City Treasurer, who will retain responsibility for managing the remainder of the city’s investment portfolio. 3) Collaborate with the City’s Investment Consultant to maintain specific targets and goals. Additional responsibilities include reviewing and proposing changes to the City’s Investment Policy, assisting in developing a prudent diversification strategy, and presenting reports on portfolio performance and economic conditions quarterly.

Period of Performance

The initial term of this professional service contract is three years, with two optional one-year renewals.

Bidder Requirements

Organizations interested in submitting proposals must have an Assets Under Management (AUM) exceeding $10 billion.
