General Contractor Services for Job Order Contract (JOC)

Background

The Trustees of the California State University are issuing a solicitation for electronic sealed bid proposals for four (4) General Contractors B License Contracts. The goal is to provide all necessary labor and materials for various construction and repair tasks at the university's campus.

Work Details

The contract scope includes a collection of detailed repair and construction tasks with established unit prices. The awarded contractor will be responsible for repair, alteration, modernization, maintenance, rehabilitation, demolition, and construction of infrastructure, buildings, structures, or other real property. The University will issue discrete, fixed-price task or job orders as needed under this contract. The contractor must furnish all management, documentation, labor, materials, and equipment required to perform the work.

Period of Performance

The contract term will be twelve (12) months from the date of the Agreement Notice to Proceed, unless the maximum value of the contract is achieved prior to completion. The maximum total contract value is $3,000,000.00.

Place of Performance

The work will be performed at the California State University campus specified in the solicitation.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must hold a General Contractors B License. Proposals must be submitted electronically via the CSUBUY system on the provided Bid Proposal Forms.
