Background
The Nevada State Purchasing Division, on behalf of the Nevada Division of Public and Behavioral Health/Southern Nevada Adult Mental Health Services (SNAMHS), is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide janitorial services at three facilities located in Las Vegas and Laughlin. The goal of this contract is to ensure a clean, safe, sanitary, and professional environment that supports the health and well-being of staff, clients, and visitors.
Work Details
The contractor will provide janitorial services at the following locations: 1) West Las Vegas Med Clinic (cleaned five days per week), 2) SNAMHS Human Resources (cleaned one day per week), and 3) Laughlin Behavioral Health Center (cleaned three days per week). Services include daily tasks such as emptying wastebaskets, dusting furniture, cleaning glass doors, vacuuming carpets, mopping floors, cleaning restrooms, and maintaining security protocols. Specific tasks for each location are outlined in detail including monthly and quarterly tasks such as window washing, shampooing carpets, and floor maintenance. The vendor must supply all cleaning equipment while the State provides paper products and soaps.
Period of Performance
The contract is expected to begin on October 1, 2026, and expire on September 30, 2030. The total period of performance is four years.

Janitorial services will be performed at three locations: - West Las Vegas Med Clinic at 1909 South Jones Blvd., Las Vegas, NV; - SNAMHS Human Resources at 1919 South Jones Blvd., Las Vegas, NV; - Laughlin Behavioral Health Center at 3650 South Pointe Circle, Suite 208, Laughlin, NV.
Bidder Requirements
Vendors must be registered at nevadaepro.com to respond to the solicitation. They must hold a valid Nevada business license prior to contract execution. Vendors are required to comply with all mandatory minimum requirements outlined in the solicitation.
