The Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to establish a contract for the purchase of seven handheld retroreflectometers. Product Dimensions

Height no more than 11 inches, Length no more than 18 inches, Width no more than 5.9 inches, Weight no more than 13 pounds. - Display: At least a 5-inch bright color touch screen display. - Camera: Capable of taking close photos to assess bead embedment with a resolution of at least 5 megapixels. - Battery: Rechargeable and replaceable. - Data: Minimum memory of 8 GB, data transfer capabilities via USB and Wi-Fi, infrared temperature measurement, compass display, and nighttime color identification.

Environmental Ability

Operating temperature range from 32°F to 140°F and humidity range from 20% to 85%. - GPS: GNSS capable and WGS 84 compliant.

Compliance Standards

Must meet EN 1436, ASTM E1710, ASTM E2177, ASTM E2302, ASTM E2367, and ASTM E2832 standards.

Period of Performance

The initial term of the contract is anticipated to be one year or until all contractor obligations are completed in accordance with applicable requirements.
