Print Police Recruitment Banners

Background

The City of Edmond is seeking to procure print materials for police recruitment purposes. The goal of this contract is to produce visually appealing and effective banners that will aid in the recruitment efforts of the police department, enhancing their visibility and outreach within the community.

Work Details

The contractor will provide the following items: 1. Period of Performance

The delivery deadline for the banners is three weeks (15 business days) from the delivery of imprint artwork to the awarded vendor.

Place of Performance

The products will be delivered to the Police Department at City of Edmond - Public Safety Center, located at 100 E 1st Street, Edmond, OK 73034.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must accept firm quoted prices that include material, setup, imprinting, and delivery. Additionally, suppliers should acknowledge acceptance of credit card payments as the City may use a Mastercard purchasing card for order placement.
