Background The Department of Commerce (DOC), National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) campus is located in Boulder, Colorado, and serves as a research and development facility. The contractor will provide all labor, materials, site protection, debris removal, and coordination required to complete the work in accordance with NIST campus safety and construction requirements. Place of Performance Work will be performed at the US Department of Commerce (DOC) Boulder Laboratories campus at 325 Broadway, Boulder, CO in and around Building 1, Wing 6.
