Background The Department of the Interior (DOI), Bureau of Indian Education (BIE), Division of Acquisitions is issuing this solicitation for Professional Development Services for Riverside Indian School (RIS). The goal is to obtain comprehensive professional development, leadership development, culture-building, and implementation-support services aimed at improving overall school culture and student outcomes. The selected contractor will provide an integrated system that includes training, coaching, curriculum resources, behavioral assessments, implementation guidance, and data-driven culture-survey tools. Work Details The contractor shall deliver a unified schoolwide framework that strengthens staff-student relationships and promotes positive classroom culture. Key tasks include: 1. Professional Development Training: - Multi-day professional learning experiences for educators focusing on skill-based processes for building relational capacity and positive school culture. - Research-driven strategies for creating emotionally safe, student-centered classrooms. - A structured model for classroom interactions, communication, and engagement. - Follow-up tools and digital resources to support long-term implementation. 2. Curriculum and Classroom Resources: - Provide curriculum and classroom activity resources that support student development in leadership, communication, character-building, and interpersonal skills. - Ensure alignment with behavioral and relational practices introduced in the professional development training. - Include materials for consistent use by staff across grade levels. Period of Performance The contract will be performed from August 3, 2026 to May 31, 2027. Place of Performance The services will be performed at Riverside Indian School located at 101 Riverside Drive, Anadarko, OK 73005.
