Summary (Newest Update)

Background The Department of Veteran Affairs, VISN 7, is seeking qualified businesses capable of supplying Data Bridge Software Maintenance for the VA Atlanta Healthcare System. The Veterans Health Administration (VHA) aims to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to Veterans through advanced health information technologies. The Clinical Information Systems (CIS) Databridge Suite is a critical tool for managing clinical information and improving patient outcomes by integrating various medical record systems. Work Details The contractor will provide software maintenance, bug fixes, upgrades, customer support, troubleshooting, and repairs for all DataBridge Suite software and interfaces for VISN 7. Services include: - 24/7 technical support with a callback or remote log-in response within 1 hour for urgent issues. - Distribution of software updates and upgrades upon new version release or for bug fixes. - Installation labor, project management, and training as needed. - All procedures must adhere to the manufacturer's specifications. - The contractor must ensure compliance with VA regulations regarding information security and privacy. Period of Performance Base period from October 01, 2026 to September 30, 2027, with four option years extending through March 31, 2032. Place of Performance Tasks will be performed at VISN 7 VAMCs including locations in Decatur GA, Augusta GA, Birmingham AL, Dublin GA, Montgomery AL, Charleston SC, and Columbia SC; also remotely at Contractor facilities. Bidder Requirements Bidders must provide a capability statement and relevant experience narrative. They should have the necessary licenses and certifications to perform the required services. Contractors requiring access to VA information systems must comply with federal security regulations and may need valid security clearances depending on the nature of their work. Incumbent Analysis (see Incumbents section for more detail) This opportunity appears to have a confirmed incumbent based on the prior software maintenance agreement for DSS DataBridge, NNG15SD34B-36C24722F0011, awarded to Minburn Technology Group for $1,453,576 (10/01/21–09/30/26). The scope described for the current requirement—DataBridge Suite software maintenance including bug fixes, upgrades, troubleshooting, and 24/7 support—aligns closely with the incumbent’s prior DataBridge software maintenance and support contract (36C26222P2283) and appears to represent a continuation of ongoing maintenance and support for the same CIS Databridge environment.
