Background The Headquarters United States Air Force Chaplain Corps provides religious accommodation, spiritual readiness, and leadership advisement. The objective of this contract is to obtain contractor support for multimedia productions that enhance the strategic messaging of the Air Force Chaplain Corps. This includes providing technical production support for multimedia requirements such as the Resource Hub, video production, graphic design, photography, social media sites, and branding projects for the Air and Space Force Chaplain Corps. Multimedia delivery is essential to implementing the Chief of Chaplains' direction and initiatives. Work Details The contractor shall perform the following tasks: 1. Deliver comprehensive multimedia solutions that enhance strategic messaging; 2. Manage a SharePoint-based Resource Hub with a minimum of 12 and a maximum of 24 digital content updates per month; 3. Produce 2 to 4 broadcast-quality video projects per month; 4. Create 10-15 graphic designs and cover 2-3 photography/video events monthly; 5. Establish a secure digital archive for multimedia assets; 6. Maintain project tracking and provide technical support during staff meetings; 7. Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for resource management and conduct knowledge transfer sessions to enable Government personnel. Period of Performance The geographic location(s) the contract will be performed (if provided). Bidder Requirements Bidders must be eligible 8(a) small businesses. They should have experience in multimedia production, web architecture, graphic design, and related fields.
