Background The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), Acquisition Management Division (AMD), Team E-Boulder is issuing this solicitation for a Laser Linewidth Characterization Suite. The goal of the contract is to procure a suite that meets specific requirements outlined in the attached documentation. Work Details The contractor is required to deliver a Laser Linewidth Characterization Suite as specified in the attached Combined Synopsis/Solicitation and Requirements and Specifications documents. The specific details regarding the products, including brand names, quantities, and specifications, are included in these attachments. The contractor must also provide an invoice that includes: - Invoice number - Amount of invoice and cumulative amount invoiced to-date - Contract Line-Item Number (CLIN) - Description - Quantity - Unit of measure - Unit price - Extended price of supplies/services delivered - Prompt payment discount terms if offered - Any other required information or documentation. Period of Performance The geographic location(s) the product will be delivered to or performed at Bidder Requirements Contractors must register and use the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Invoice Processing Platform System (IPP) for submitting payment requests. If not already enrolled, contractors will receive enrollment instructions via email within three to five business days after contract award addition to IPP. If unable to comply with IPP requirements, a waiver request must be submitted in writing with the proposal or quotation.
