Drop Out Prevention

Background

The Colonial School District and Red Clay Consolidated School Districts are seeking proposals for a Drop Out Prevention program. The goal of this contract is to implement strategies that effectively reduce dropout rates among students within these districts, thereby supporting their educational mission.

Work Details

The contractor will be responsible for providing comprehensive dropout prevention services, which may include but are not limited to: developing individualized student support plans, conducting outreach to at-risk students and families, providing mentoring and counseling services, organizing workshops and training sessions for staff and parents, and collaborating with community organizations to enhance support systems for students. The contractor must demonstrate experience in educational program development and implementation, particularly in dropout prevention strategies.

Period of Performance

The contract is expected to commence upon award and will last for a period of one year, with the possibility of extension based on performance and funding availability.

Place of Performance

Services will be performed within the geographic boundaries of the Colonial School District and Red Clay Consolidated School Districts in Delaware.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must be licensed to operate in the State of Delaware and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. They must provide proof of insurance coverage as specified in the solicitation documents. Additionally, bidders should have prior experience in educational services or dropout prevention programs.
