The Jackson County Utility Authority (JCUA) is seeking proposals from qualified firms for a long-term professional maintenance and service contract for its emergency power and standby generators. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: - Inspection of all emergency power and standby generators - Routine maintenance services - Rehabilitation and repair of generator systems - Replacement of generator components as necessary The selected firm will be responsible for assuming full responsibility and accountability for all maintenance issues related to the Owner's emergency power and standby generators. Who is Requesting: This solicitation is issued by the Jackson County Utility Authority (JCUA), also referred to as the Owner.

Background

The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to identify the most qualified firm to provide comprehensive maintenance and service for JCUA's emergency power and standby generators. The intent is to establish a long-term contract with a firm that can ensure the reliability and functionality of these critical systems.

Contract Requirements

The selected firm must provide professional services covering inspection, routine maintenance, rehabilitation, repair, and replacement of generator systems as needed. Full responsibility and accountability for all generator maintenance issues is required.

Proposals must be submitted by 10:00 A.M. on July 15, 2026.
