PSP Academy Rifles

Background

The Pennsylvania State Police (PSP) is issuing this Invitation for Bid (IFB) to procure Academy Rifles as defined in the attached specifications document. The goal of this contract is to meet the needs of the PSP for firearms that will be used by law enforcement personnel. This solicitation is a no substitute solicitation, meaning that only the specified products will be accepted.

The delivery location for the firearms is designated as Pennsylvania State Police, c/o Ken Bassininsky, Procurement & Supply Warehouse, 101A South 38th Street, Harrisburg, PA 17111.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must have all required state and federal licenses necessary to sell firearms and provide a copy with their bid submission. If not the original manufacturer, bidders must submit a Manufacturer's Authorization Letter stating they are authorized to provide the OEM’s equipment and services required by this IFB. Additionally, bidders must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
