Background

The Coventry Housing Authority is seeking qualifications from licensed and insured architects to provide professional and technical services for the design of new construction at Orchard Hill Estates, located at 1630 Main Street, Coventry, CT 06238. The goal of this contract is to facilitate the development of new housing units and associated infrastructure improvements.

Work Details

The selected firm will be responsible for delivering both architectural and engineering services related to the proposed project. This may include, but is not limited to: - Paving - Sidewalks - Drainage systems - Installation of a new well - Connection to public sewer systems - Site lighting installation - Construction of new housing units.

Period of Performance

The contract work is expected to commence on June 12, 2026, and conclude by June 18, 2026.

Place of Performance

The contract will be performed at Orchard Hill Estates located at 1630 Main Street, Coventry, CT 06238.
