SmartSheet Small Business Bid

Background

The Knoxville Utilities Board (KUB), a municipal utility established under the laws of the State of Tennessee, is seeking a supplier to provide SmartSheets as part of their operational needs. The goal of this contract is to acquire 164 paid accounts for Advanced Work Management to enhance KUB's service delivery capabilities.

Work Details

The contractor will be responsible for delivering 164 paid accounts for SmartSheets, specifically designed for Advanced Work Management. Bidders must submit pricing for all items requested, ensuring that unit prices prevail. All services, goods, and/or equipment are to be provided in strict accordance with KUB's bid specifications. Bidders must complete the bid package in its entirety and provide all requested information, including acknowledgment of any addendums.

Period of Performance

The contract performance period begins upon the issuance of a Purchase Order and continues until all products and services have been delivered and accepted by KUB. The bid opening is scheduled for June 25th, 2026.

Place of Performance

The contract will be performed at the Knoxville Utilities Board's designated receiving facility located at 4505 Middlebrook Pike, Knoxville, TN 37921-5599.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must qualify as a KUB-defined Small Business Enterprise with fifty or fewer employees and less than $10 million in annual revenue. They are required to submit a completed W-9 and Vendor Application prior to the issuance of a Purchase Order. Additionally, bidders must acknowledge compliance with KUB’s small business program requirements.
