WSIRB Management System

Background

The Washington State Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS) is issuing this contract to provide the Washington State Institutional Review Board (WSIRB) with an electronic protocol management system (EPMS) as a Software as a Service. The goal of this contract is to ensure the continued critical software support services provided by Biomedical Research Alliance of New York, LLC (BRANY).

Work Details

The contractor will deliver an electronic protocol management system (EPMS) that includes software support services. The contractor is responsible for ensuring compliance with data security requirements as outlined in Exhibit A, which is incorporated into this contract.

Period of Performance

The contract will commence on March 1, 2027, and will end on February 29, 2032.

Place of Performance

The services will be performed at the contractor's location in Melville, NY, and may involve interactions with DSHS personnel located in Olympia, WA.

Bidder Requirements

The contractor must not be a subrecipient for purposes of this contract. Additionally, the contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations throughout the performance of this agreement. The contractor certifies that it is not debarred or suspended from participating in federal transactions.
