Performance will be located at NASA/ Stennis Space Center (SSC). The Government intends to acquire Commercial items or services using the provisions, clauses and procedures prescribed in FAR Part 12 for Commercial The NAICS Code for this procurement is 334513. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to the identified point of contact not later than 4:00 p.m. Central Standard Time on 6/16/2026. Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the government. Work Details The Keyence WM6000 Wide Area Coordinate Measurement Machine is designed for rapid high-resolution measurement of complex geometry parts and components. This equipment will enable the new Rapid Prototyping Laboratory to create digital models from scans of parts and components and conduct quality analysis on printed components in relation to their drawings. The machine functions as a multiprobe infrared scanning tool, allowing measurements and comparisons within 0.001 inches for components and systems both in the lab and in the field. Its portability makes it easy to transport to test stands for on-site measurements.
