Background

The City of Springfield, Missouri, is seeking qualified firms or individuals to provide Car Park Pressure Washing/Cleaning Services. Work Details

The contractor will be responsible for providing pressure washing and cleaning services at various city car parks. The scope includes: 1. Comprehensive pressure washing of all surfaces within designated car parks, including but not limited to pavement, curbs, and sidewalks. 2. Removal of debris, stains, and any other contaminants from the surfaces. 3. Ensuring that all cleaning activities comply with local environmental regulations. 4. The contract will be for one year with an option to renew for up to four additional one-year terms.

Period of Performance

The contract will commence upon award and is set for a duration of one year, with the possibility of renewal for up to four additional one-year terms based on performance and mutual agreement.

Place of Performance

The services will be performed at various car parks located within the City of Springfield, Missouri.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must comply with several requirements including: 1. Registration with the Missouri Secretary of State if doing business in Missouri. 2. A current City of Springfield business license must be obtained prior to contract issuance. 3. Submission of a Certificate of Insurance naming the City as an additional insured prior to contract award. 4. Compliance with federal work authorization requirements as outlined in RSMo § 285.530, including submission of a Work Authorization Affidavit and E-Verify Signature Page.
