Background

Fruitland Special Service District is issuing a solicitation for the construction of the Upper Mill Hollow Treatment Plant. The goal of this contract is to enhance the district's water treatment capabilities, aligning with their mission to provide efficient and effective utility services to the community.

Work Details

The project involves the construction of a 480-square-foot building utilizing an Insulated Concrete Form (ICF) system. Additionally, it includes the installation of a cartridge filtration system and a gas chlorination system. The scope also covers the installation of 3,820 linear feet of 1-1/2-inch HDPE waterline. Bids will be accepted for a single contract with an anticipated total bid price of approximately $1,200,000.

Period of Performance

The project is expected to be completed by December 4, 2026.

The construction will take place at the Upper Mill Hollow Treatment Plant site located in Fruitland, Utah.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must attend a mandatory pre-bid conference scheduled for June 18, 2026, at 1:00 PM local time at the District Office. Bids will not be accepted from those who do not attend this conference.
