Background

The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is seeking qualified firms or individuals to provide construction services for the development of a new health sciences building and the remodeling of an existing facility at Utah Tech University. The project aims to support the University of Utah School of Medicine's St. George Cohort, which consists of 30 medical students. The total construction budget for this project is $72,000,000.

Work Details

The contract involves the construction of a new 100,000 square foot health sciences building on the main campus and remodeling the third floor of the Taylor Health Sciences Building. Specific tasks include site preparation, structural work, installation of utilities, interior finishes, and compliance with all applicable building codes and regulations.
