DFCM Maintenance - Janitorial Services - Utah State Development Center

Background

The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is seeking proposals for janitorial services at the Utah State Development Center. This contract aims to ensure that the facilities are maintained in a clean and sanitary condition, supporting the mission of DFCM to manage state facilities effectively.

Work Details

The selected contractor will provide comprehensive janitorial services as outlined in the DFCM Janitorial Services Contract 'Attachment C - Specifications' and 'Attachment D - Scope of Work'. Specific tasks include daily cleaning, waste disposal, restroom sanitation, floor care, and other related services necessary for maintaining cleanliness at the facility. The contractor must adhere to the cleaning schedules and quality standards set forth by DFCM.

Period of Performance

The contract will be effective from September 1, 2026, to August 31, 2031, spanning a total duration of five years.

Place of Performance

The services will be performed at the Utah State Development Center located at 895 N 900 E, American Fork, UT 84003.

Bidder Requirements

Only contractors who have been prequalified under Stage I Prequalification for Janitorial Contractors and are currently on the DFCM Prequalified Janitorial Contractors list as of the date of this solicitation are eligible to bid. Contractors must also comply with all licensing laws required by the State of Utah.
